First Aid at Work Training is strongly recommended by the HSE for anyone who is a first aider in the workplace. This includes 1 day EFAW, 3 day FAW and other first aiders. Also ideal for anyone interested in learning First Aid

First Aid Training requirements are laid down by the HSE first aid regulations 1981. This regulation applies to all workplaces in Great Britain, including those with less than five employees, and to the self employed. It is important to comply with these regulations. The HSE do not approve any Annual Refresher course supplied by any First Aid Training Company they only strongly recommended them, unlike the three yearly statutory 1 day Emergency First Aid at Work and 3 day First Aid at Work and its 2 Day Requalification Course which are HSE Approved.

First Aid At Work - book now! This is an HSE approved course and must be carried out by an approved instructor. It is 18 contact hours and conducted over a minimum of 3 days (although can be longer as long as each lesson at least 2 hours contact time). The certificate is valid for 3 years and then you can attend a 2 day requalification as long as your certificate is still in date.   First Aid at Work Requalification - book now! This is an HSE approved course and must be carried out by an approved instructor. You can only attend this course if you have an in date First Aid at Work certificate (can be by any agency).

Emergency First Aid at Work - book now! This is an HSE approved course and must be carried out by an approved instructor. This course must be at least 6 contact hours and run over a minimum of 1 day. The certificate is valid for 3 years and to renew you need to attend another EFAW course   CPR/Basic Life Support - book now! This is not an HSE approved course and must be carried out by an approved instructor or online. This course is aimed at anyone who requires a course in CPR only or Basic Life Support. This is ideal for nurses or medical professionals needing annual updates to complete professional membership.   Family First Aid - book now! This is not an HSE approved course and must be carried out by an approved instructor. This course is aimed at anyone who requires a course in family first aid. The certificate is valid for 3 years and a recommended annual refresher, This course is aimed at the needs of the family. It covers primary and secondary care skills for adults, infants and children.
